FOR PLAYERS: A high profile USBOXLA Academy coaching staff made up former and current National Lacrosse League players, as well as top USBOXLA-certified instructors will provide players with an intensive training session - teaching elite level box lacrosse skills. 

FOR GOALIES: We have introduced the USBOXLA Goalie Academy with Dallas Eliuk.  This goalie only event is a 4 hour goalie specific training session taking place before the USBOXLA Player Academy.  All goalies who register for the USBOXLA Goalie Academy with Dallas Eliuk get free access to the USBOXLA Player Academy.  Goalies may also just do the USBOXLA Player Academy.

Specific Instructions:
Bring your water bottle and full equipment.

Equipment Needed:
Players
Full box lacrosse equipment including helmet, mouth guard, gloves, shoulder pads and elbow pads. Rib and bicep pads are recommended but not mandatory. Wear a jersey or pinnie to cover your equipment.

Goalies
Helmet with throat guard, mouth guard, gloves and jock are required. Goalie sticks, pants, shin guards and uppers.

Footwear
No Cleats. Basketball or running shoes only.
