TO FLY AS UNACCOMPANIED MINOR

Each airline has it's own specific rules and ages when it comes to unaccompanied minors.  Please check each airline as you book your flight for more details - you must call and can't book on-line.  Some airlines charge a mandatory 'unaccompanied minor fee' depending on the flyer's age.  With the fee you also get additional services such as a chaperone, who carries your documents,  gets your child onto the plane first in preboarding and releases your child to only an authorized person at the detination airport.  You can also pick up your child at the actual gate as they deboard the plane (they give you a security pass to get through security).  Other airlines  don't mandate an unaccompanied minor fee but do offer that service if you choose.  We do suggest for any players travelling on their own regardless of purchashing an unaccompanied minor fee to fly directly to and from YVR.  Some airlines will require a direct flight depending on the flyer's age.

Chaperoned player SHUTTLE

For players travelling without parents we will pick up the player anytime after 1pm on Sunday only at Vancouver International Airport.   At the camps conclusion, please select a return flight anytime during the shuttle service:

Session 1:  3pm on Thursday June 27th to Friday June 28th at 12pm (Last shuttle leaves SFU at 12pm)
Session 2: 3pm on Thursday July 11th to Friday July 12th at 12pm (Last shuttle leaves SFU at 12pm)

There are additional shuttle fees (collected during player registration)
